Internal Policies of Serenity Hotel Boutique by Alsol

All persons staying at the hotel accept these regulations, which shall be deemed a binding contract. Otherwise, the management of Serenity Hotel Boutique by Alsol (the "Hotel") may request guests to immediately leave in case of disagreement with such regulations.

  1. All guests, without exception, must register by personally filling out their registration card.
  2. The resort assumes no liability for any lost objects inside the guest's room. Valuables (money, jewelry, documents, electronic devices, etc.) must be locked in the safety deposit box found in the room closet. This amenity is free of charge.
  3. Room charges are generated upon check-in and are due at 12:00 p.m. Guest rooms that are not vacated within the specified hour (12:00 Noon) will be billed an additional $15.00 USD per hour, beginning after the set time. In case you need a late check-out, please ask at reception for availability.
  4. Pets (dogs-cats) are accepted with an extra charge, which is covered upon arrival.
  5. Guests will be billed for any damages they may cause to any furniture, decorations, or facilities in the hotel.
  6. The hotel does not have medical services. In case of illness, the guest must seek medical services outside the hotel. The Receptionist or the Concierge can assist in obtaining those services faster.
  7. Hotel guests are not allowed to bring into the room any person not identified as a guest and should notify the front desk of any changes in the number or identity of persons other than those registered at check-in. Guests are not allowed under any circumstances to house more guests than those assigned to each room. The hotel reserves the right to accept additional guests or visitors that are not duly registered.
  8. Guests or clients whose behavior within the restaurants, bars, and other service areas does not comply with moral and decency codes, or whose attire is inappropriate, or if a guest becomes a nuisance to other guests, may be required to vacate their room or leave the hotel premises without any obligation from the hotel to reimburse payments for the remaining days of their stay.
  9. Guests shall be solely responsible for the possession and use of their room key or card keys, entrusted to them during their stay. Guests must report to reception in case of any loss or damage.
  10. Retail shops located inside the building have their own management, and the hotel assumes no liability for their operations.
  11. The use, possession, or distribution of drugs is illegal in Mexico. Any individual found violating this law shall be turned over to the competent authorities. The hotel is not responsible for any legal consequences that result from such actions.
  12. All taxi services operate independently from the hotel. Therefore, the hotel is not responsible for the provision of such services or for any forgotten objects inside the vehicles.
  13. Guests must respect the hours set forth for the use of facilities in guest areas.

Important Notice

Additional services and purchases not included in the rate and provided by third parties or companies other than Serenity Hotel Boutique, its affiliates, holding company, and/or subsidiaries ("The Companies") are contracted under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Main Guest and/or their party. Hence, the Main Guest, their party, and visitors accept that any claim arising from any damage or loss caused by such third parties due to the use of such services or purchase of such products must be brought directly against such third parties. The aforementioned Companies are expressly released from any liability, even in the event of their own negligence, whether present or future.

In compliance with Mexican Official Norm NOM-07-TUR-2002, the hotel informs you that it carries civil liability insurance.

By signing this statement, the Main Guest, their party, and authorized visitors agree that the responsibility of payment for hosting, additional services, and/or purchases (Total Bill) is non-forfeitable. By signing below, they authorize the hotel to charge the credit card on file (provided upon arrival) for the payment of the Total Bill, including quick departures and last-minute charges, regardless of any prior payment instructions. The Main Guest authorizes their companions and visitors, including minors, to apply charges to the room (Total Bill) for additional purchases and/or services not included in the Rate.
