We know that pets enjoy relaxing vacations just as much as you do. We invite you to read and sign the property policy to allow your pet in our facilities.

Pet Policy

  • The cost per night will be $15 USD (taxes included).
  • Pets will only be allowed if they are dogs that do not exceed the maximum weight of 15 kg (33lb).
  • Pets must be up to date with vaccinations and deworming, a copy of the vaccination certificate will be required at check-in.
  • Only one pet is allowed per room.
  • It is necessary for all pets to have their own bedding. Pets are not allowed to climb or sleep on the furniture in the room.
  • The pet must always be accompanied by its owner, and it is required to use a leash in the common areas of the hotel.
  • Room cleaning services will be carried out when the guest and the dog are outside the room, leaving pets alone in the room is not allowed.
  • Bathing or showering pets in the bathroom is not allowed.
  • Each pet must have its own accessories for eating and drinking water. Glassware from the room is not allowed for this purpose.
  • An additional charge will apply if the pet causes any damage to the furniture, room, or interior of the property.
  • Dogs must be friendly and not aggressive towards other animals or people. If the pet attacks any person and/or animal, the guest agrees to assume responsibility and any related expenses.
  • Pets are not allowed in the rooftop area.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss, accident, illness, and/or death of the pet.
